Wahweap Hoodoos, Utah

Headed out Thanksgiving Eve to meet Francesco Sauro and Daniela in their journey through the sandstone mecca of south Utah. The area near Page has extraordinary diversity — among the most amazing mosaic landforms on earth, shaped by gravity, wind, and water working along paths of least resistance. The Wahweap Hoodoos are a field of toadstools and white sandstone spires that feel otherworldly in the late afternoon light.
