Pyrite Pit, Utah

Pyrite Pit is another high-elevation pit located in Utah's high karst plateau. This pit has two vertical rooms, both accessible on rope. There is a 30 ft drop into the first room and another 50 ft free-air drop down to the bottom.

The bottom room was decorated for the area with flowstone and some interesting formations. It ended as a blind pit. This was my favorite pit out of the others in the area and I highly recommend this cave.
