Chocolate Drop Geologic Feature, Nevada

The Chocolate Drop is a dark basalt volcanic geologic feature in the Nevada desert near the Arizona Strip — a compact volcanic pit formation in the high desert terrain. One of several geological curiosities in the area alongside Hiko Sink and the Arizona Strip lava tube caves.
