THE DISCOVERY AND SURVEY OF  CHARYBDIS CAVE IN THE DESERT SOUTHWEST. 

In the United States, The Desert Southwest has some caves that extend for miles.

Geomorphology has carved ancient pathways into the subterranean terrain to reviel what has occurred in the geologic past. Caves continue to be discovered in this

vast known unknown and more is yet to be discovered.  Some of these new discoveries are down a 600 ft wall where rope access allows entry into these subterranean worlds that are in the middle of the wall. Before us, only birds and bats were the eyes that got to see within the depths of these caves.
