Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah

Natural Bridges National Monument in southeastern Utah preserves three of the world's largest natural bridges — Sipapu, Kachina, and Owachomo — carved where White and Armstrong Canyons have intersected and eroded through canyon bends over millions of years. A 9-mile loop trail connects all three bridges and passes Anasazi ruins and rock art along the canyon walls. The monument sits on the Colorado Plateau at 6,500ft elevation surrounded by juniper and pinyon pine. Part of a Cedar Mesa loop that connects naturally with Goosenecks State Park, Comb Ridge, and Monument Valley in the same day circuit of southeastern Utah.
